MEL BURKE was born and raised on the Jersey Shore. She is one the youngest assistant managers at Steve & Cookies, the finest dining establishment in Margate, NJ. Mel is very philanthropic and supports many organizations including being a member of the Young Professional Council of the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey. She also works with Lynsie Blair Inc on a lot of fun and exciting events. Mel is honored to be a part of such an amazing fundraiser and feels that it is so important to help raise funds for such an important cause.  She lives in Ventnor, NJ with her cat and enjoys spending time at the beach!
