David DiLucia serves as an advisor to CITRS. A Philadelphia native, David is a former touring tennis professional and a USTA National Coach who has coached many adult and junior champions, combining character, life skills and personal development in addition to physical tennis skills.
David graduated in 1992 with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, where he was an All-American and ranked #1 in collegiate singles and doubles. He then played on the ATP professional tour for nine years, and after retiring in 2001, coached many professionals, including Bob and Mike Bryan and Lindsay Davenport. From 2004–2010, he was the USTA National Coach, developing the nation’s top junior tennis players.
