PROBLEM AND SOLUTION
Schools have placed increasing importance on test scores and grade point averages, while neglecting essential character development. This has resulted in negative behavior, increased disciplinary costs, and decreased academic performance. Although most principals and teachers recognize the importance of developing students’ character, pro-social, and interpersonal skills, they lack the tools and direction needed to effectively confront this issue.
When people prioritize achievements at the expense of their character, their lives become unbalanced and they forfeit true success, which encompasses both achievements and significance. The graphic below depicts the need for balance in one's life.
The solution is comprehensive character development.
We equip educators and school districts with a comprehensive system to develop successful and sustainable character-centered environments.
