Doug is a GROW consultant and also the Co-Founder and Vice-President of Multi-Dimensional Education (MDEDInc). In concert with Dr. Mike Corrigan, Grove and other consultants have developed a number of measurement tools for K-12 education and have also overseen more than 19 million in grants and funding to study areas such as: school climate, bullying, and organizational change. Doug started his career as a high school English teacher and basketball coach. In his K-12 career he has served as an assistant principal and a county office assessment director. Grove also spent years as a professor, dean, and provost in higher education. Most recently Dr. Grove served as the Head of School at Concordia International School Shanghai and in July 2021 began a position as the Head of School at Concordia International School Hanoi. Doug is passionate about working closely with leaders to collect data to drive improvement and decision-making, which impact student performance and attachment to school.
